Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

During periods of high order volume, product launches, restocks, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (if available)

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to update after the shipping label is created.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, shipping delays may occur. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees before they can be resent.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages marked as delivered
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control

If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will do our best to assist when possible.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of:

  • The shipping package
  • The damaged item(s)
  • The shipping label

We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.


International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by their country’s customs authority.

Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
